 Craft Project Directions: To make this craft project you will need red and pink construction paper, scissors, a pencil, and glue. To begin cut a large red or pink heart shape. Next cut out a lot small thin (about 1/4 inch wide and a few inches long) strips of red and pink paper. Take one of the strips and wrap it tightly around your pencil to curl it. Unwrap, dip the edges in glue and add it to your heart shape. Keep repeating this process until your Valnetine heart is covered and you have a delightfully dimensional Valentine Heart.
