 Craft Project Directions: To make this craft project you will need colored tissue paper, glue, water, a mixing cup, a brush, and heavier weight paper. To begin mix your glue and water together (equal parts) in your mixing cup. Now take your heavier weight paper and cut a heart shape and arrange it on a background piece of paper. Next cut or tear off pieces of tissue paper for your picture. Now lay down pieces of tissue paper on your heart of paper and brush your glue/water mixture over them. The colors will blend and become even more vibrant! Let your picture dry and hang somewhere special. Enjoy Crafting!
