Make some Colorful African Necklaces!

Craft Project Directions:
To make some great African necklaces, you will need two or so create large circles to wear around your neck. You could cut them out of heavy weight paper, cardboard, or paper plates. Cut one circle about 18" in diameter and cut a circle out inside of that about 14" inches in diameter. Cut another circle about 16" across and cut a circle out of the inside of that about 7" across. These will be your necklaces. Next cut a slit on one side of each collar so you can slip the necklace on and off. Tape the edges and wrap them in colored tissue paper. Now you are ready to decorate- add glitter, confetti, colored pastas, bold designs and patterns, beads, paint, pre-cut shapes, or whatever materials you wish. Let them dry and wear them!
