Create a fun and colorful Presidential timeline - a great way to learn your Presidents!
Craft Project Directions:
To make this project you will need red, white, and blue construction paper, ribbon or string, tape
or a stapler, a hole puncher, and crayons or markers. Take your construction paper and
cut it into strips and make a paper chain interlocking paper loops made from the paper strips.
Next cut out rectangles and punch a hole in the top of each. On each rectangle write the
name of a President and the dates of his Presidential term. Thread a piece of ribbon or
string through the hole you punched and then tie the other end through a loop on the paper chain
you created. Arrange the Presidents in consecutive order along the chain- if you want draw a picture of each President
on each one of the rectangle and add other facts about him.
